This Privacy Policy describes how JCC ELECTRICITE (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Bubble Bump (package name com.puzzlegame.splashstack) distributed on the Google Play Store. Bubble Bump is a free, offline puzzle game. This policy is written to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the User Data policy, as well as applicable data-protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Summary

Bubble Bump does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or sensitive user data. The app works fully offline, does not require you to create an account, contains no advertising, and does not use analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.

2. Information We Collect

Bubble Bump does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from your device. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address)
• Account credentials (Bubble Bump does not offer or require an account)
• Financial or payment information (Bubble Bump contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions)
• Location data (precise or approximate)
• Contacts, calendar entries, SMS, call logs, or messages
• Photos, videos, audio, or files on your device
• Camera, microphone, or sensor data
• Health, fitness, or biometric data
• Web browsing or app activity outside of Bubble Bump
• Device or account identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID), IMEI, Android ID, IP address, or MAC address
• Crash logs, diagnostics, or performance data sent off the device

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The only data Bubble Bump saves is your local game progress (such as unlocked levels, current level, best scores, and in-game settings). This data is stored locally on your device using standard Android storage APIs and is never transmitted to us or to any third party. You can erase this data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling Bubble Bump.

4. Permissions

Bubble Bump does not request any runtime (dangerous) Android permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, phone state, SMS, or other sensitive information. Bubble Bump does not request the AD_ID permission and does not access the Android Advertising ID.

5. Third-Party Services, Advertising and Analytics

Bubble Bump does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking libraries. No third-party software development kits (SDKs) that collect personal or sensitive user data are embedded in the app. Because no data leaves your device, no data is shared with, sold to, or received by any third party.

6. Children's Privacy and Families Policy

Bubble Bump is rated suitable for all ages, including children. The app complies with the Google Play Families Policy, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the GDPR provisions concerning children. Because Bubble Bump collects no personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided any information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. How We Use Information

Because Bubble Bump collects no personal information, we do not use any personal information for any purpose, including but not limited to: personalization, marketing, advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or resale.

8. Data Sharing, Sale, and International Transfers

We do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or otherwise share any user information, because Bubble Bump does not collect any user information. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted by the app, no international data transfers occur.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any personal data about you because none is collected. Your on-device game progress remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall Bubble Bump.

If you would nevertheless like to submit a formal request to confirm, access, or delete any information that could be associated with you (for example, a support email you sent us), you can do so at any time by writing to bubblebump.support@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will respond within 30 days.

10. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Other Jurisdictions)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Because Bubble Bump does not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to disclose, correct, delete, port, or "sell" or "share" as defined by these laws. You may still contact us using the address above to exercise any such right.

11. Security

Because no data is collected or transmitted by Bubble Bump, there is no user data on our servers that could be exposed in a breach. Local data on your device is protected by your device's own security features (screen lock, sandboxing, and app storage isolation provided by Android).

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available at this URL and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Material changes will, where required by applicable law, be brought to your attention through the app or the Google Play listing. Your continued use of Bubble Bump after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
